Terms & Conditions​​​

Welcome to DreamWhin.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the DreamWhin website, membership features, dream-posting features, messaging tools, financial-support features, and other services offered through DreamWhin.

DreamWhin is operated by DreamWhin LLC.

​

By creating an account, selecting or purchasing a membership, posting a dream, communicating with another member, providing financial support, requesting a payout, or otherwise using DreamWhin, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

1. About DreamWhin

DreamWhin is a community platform designed to help people share dreams, goals, projects, and requests for support and connect with people who may be able to encourage, assist, support, or collaborate with them.

Support may include:

  • Encouragement and awareness

  • Mentorship

  • Volunteering

  • Skills and resources

  • Connections and opportunities

  • Financial support for eligible dreams

DreamWhin provides a platform for these connections but does not guarantee that any dream will receive support, funding, assistance, exposure, or achieve a particular result.

​

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use DreamWhin.

This includes:

  • Creating a DreamWhin account

  • Selecting a membership

  • Posting or submitting a dream

  • Communicating with other members

  • Providing financial support

  • Receiving financial support

  • Completing payout setup

  • Requesting or receiving a payout

By using DreamWhin, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

​

DreamWhin does not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 18 to maintain accounts or use the platform.

​

If DreamWhin becomes aware that an individual under 18 has created an account or used the platform, DreamWhin may suspend or terminate the account and take reasonable steps regarding associated content and information.

​

3. Your DreamWhin Account

You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account.

You may not:

  • Impersonate another person or organization

  • Create an account using intentionally false or misleading information

  • Allow another person to use your account for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account

  • Attempt to interfere with DreamWhin's systems or security

  • Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

​

You should protect your password and other account credentials and notify DreamWhin if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

​

4. Posting Dreams

DreamWhin members may submit dreams, goals, projects, stories, or requests for support.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is truthful and that you have the right to share any text, photographs, images, or other content included in your submission.

​

You should not submit content that:

  • Is intentionally false or misleading

  • Infringes another person's rights

  • Violates applicable law

  • Violates DreamWhin's Community Guidelines

  • Contains prohibited, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful material

​

Submitting a dream does not guarantee that it will be:

  • Approved

  • Published

  • Featured

  • Promoted

  • Funded

  • Supported

  • Completed successfully

​

DreamWhin may review, approve, reject, request changes to, restrict, suspend, archive, or remove dreams or other content when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the platform.

​

5. Financial Support and Payouts

Certain approved dreams may be eligible to receive financial support through DreamWhin.

​

Financial transactions, platform fees, payment-processing fees, funding limits, funding progress, payout eligibility, payout stages, payout requests, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, excess amounts, and related requirements are governed by DreamWhin's Funding & Payout Policy.

​

By using DreamWhin's financial-support features, you also agree to the Funding & Payout Policy.

​

Providing financial support to a dream does not create:

  • An investment

  • A loan

  • Ownership or equity

  • A partnership

  • A right to repayment

  • A guarantee that the dream will succeed

​

Payment and payout services may be provided through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and Stripe Connect, and may also be subject to their separate terms, policies, verification requirements, and restrictions.

​

6. Memberships and Pricing

DreamWhin currently offers membership options including:

  • Dreamer — Free

  • Builder — $10

  • Visionary — $15

​

The current price, billing structure, available features, and benefits associated with each membership are displayed on DreamWhin's membership selection page before enrollment or purchase.

​

Membership pricing and features may change over time.

If a membership involves recurring billing, renewal, cancellation, or refund conditions, those terms will be disclosed before purchase.

​

Selecting a free membership does not automatically enroll you in a paid membership.

​

Membership fees are separate from platform fees and payment-processing fees associated with contributions to Monetary Dreams.

​

Fees related to Funding Dreams are described separately in DreamWhin's Funding & Payout Policy and, where applicable, at checkout.

​

7. Community Conduct

DreamWhin is intended to provide a respectful, supportive, and constructive environment.

​

Users must follow DreamWhin's Community Guidelines when posting dreams, sharing content, communicating with members, or otherwise participating on the platform.

​

Users may not engage in:

  • Harassment

  • Bullying

  • Threats

  • Fraud

  • Impersonation

  • Abusive conduct

  • Hate speech

  • Spam

  • Deceptive activity

  • Unlawful activity

  • Attempts to exploit or harm other members

​

DreamWhin may take action against content or accounts that violate these standards.

​

8. Messaging and Member Interactions

DreamWhin may allow members to communicate directly through messaging or contact features.

​

Users are responsible for their own communications and for evaluating people, opportunities, services, advice, arrangements, or offers they encounter through DreamWhin.

​

DreamWhin does not guarantee another user's:

  • Identity

  • Qualifications

  • Reliability

  • Intentions

  • Representations

  • Promises

  • Ability to provide assistance

  • Performance

​

Users should use appropriate judgment and caution before sharing personal information, meeting another person, providing services, exchanging property, or entering into private arrangements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, DreamWhin is not a party to private agreements made between users.

​

9. Your Content

You retain ownership of original content that you submit to DreamWhin.

​

By submitting content to DreamWhin, you grant DreamWhin permission to host, store, display, reproduce, format, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate DreamWhin

  • Display your profile

  • Display and promote your dream

  • Provide platform functionality

  • Make content available to other users or visitors as intended

  • Promote DreamWhin and publicly available content from the platform

​

This permission allows DreamWhin to operate and promote the platform but does not transfer ownership of your original content to DreamWhin.

​

You represent that you have the necessary rights to content you submit.

​

10. DreamWhin Intellectual Property

The DreamWhin name, logo, branding, website design, graphics, original platform content, features, and other DreamWhin materials are owned by or licensed to DreamWhin LLC, except for content owned by users or third parties.

​

You may not, without authorization:

  • Copy DreamWhin proprietary materials

  • Reproduce them for commercial purposes

  • Sell or redistribute them

  • Use DreamWhin branding in a misleading way

  • Impersonate DreamWhin

  • Suggest an unauthorized affiliation with DreamWhin

  • Misuse DreamWhin's intellectual property

Nothing in these Terms transfers DreamWhin's intellectual property rights to users.

​

11. Privacy

DreamWhin's collection, use, storage, sharing, and handling of personal information are described in DreamWhin's Privacy Policy.

​

By using DreamWhin, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described in that policy.

​

Certain information you intentionally include in public profiles or published dreams may be visible to other members or visitors.

​

Payment, identity-verification, and payout information may also be processed by third-party providers such as Wix and Stripe according to their applicable privacy practices.

​

12. Third-Party Services

DreamWhin relies on third-party services to operate certain parts of the platform.

​

These may include services relating to:

  • Website hosting

  • Member accounts

  • Authentication

  • Memberships

  • Payments

  • Payouts

  • Analytics

  • Communications

  • Data storage

  • Security

  • Other technical services

​

These providers may operate under their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, and service limitations.

DreamWhin is not responsible for outages, restrictions, delays, interruptions, verification decisions, or failures caused by third-party providers outside DreamWhin's reasonable control.

​

13. No Guarantee of Results

DreamWhin provides a platform through which people may share dreams and connect with potential supporters.

​

DreamWhin does not guarantee:

  • Funding

  • Mentorship

  • Volunteers

  • Employment

  • Partnerships

  • Business opportunities

  • Professional services

  • Exposure

  • Connections

  • Successful completion of a dream

  • Any particular financial, professional, or personal result

​

Users are responsible for deciding whether to communicate with, assist, support, fund, or otherwise interact with another user.

​

14. Reviews, Moderation, and Enforcement

DreamWhin may review content, accounts, transactions, reports, and platform activity when reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate the platform

  • Review dreams

  • Protect members

  • Investigate reported conduct

  • Prevent fraud

  • Protect payment activity

  • Enforce DreamWhin policies

  • Maintain platform security

  • Comply with legal requirements

DreamWhin is not obligated to monitor every communication, dream, account, or interaction.

​

15. Suspension or Termination

DreamWhin may remove content, restrict access to features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to:

  • Enforce these Terms

  • Enforce the Community Guidelines

  • Enforce the Funding & Payout Policy

  • Prevent fraud or abuse

  • Protect other members

  • Protect DreamWhin

  • Address payment or security concerns

  • Respond to prohibited activity

  • Comply with legal requirements

Account suspension or termination may affect access to dreams, messages, memberships, or other platform features.

​

Financial transactions or eligible balances may remain subject to DreamWhin's Funding & Payout Policy, applicable payment-provider requirements, disputes, reversals, and legal obligations.

​

16. Platform Changes

DreamWhin is an evolving platform.

DreamWhin may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue:

  • Features

  • Services

  • Membership options

  • Pricing

  • Funding limits

  • User-interface features

  • Platform functionality

  • Policies

​

DreamWhin may update these Terms when necessary.

When the Terms are updated, the Effective Date at the top of this page will be revised.

​

For significant changes, DreamWhin may also provide notice through the website, email, or another reasonable method.

​

Your continued use of DreamWhin after updated Terms become effective means your use of the platform will be subject to the updated Terms.

​

17. Disclaimer and Limitation of Responsibility

DreamWhin provides a platform through which users can share dreams and interact with one another.

​

DreamWhin does not control every user, dream, communication, promise, opportunity, or private arrangement made through or as a result of the platform.

​

Unless DreamWhin expressly states otherwise, DreamWhin is not a party to arrangements or agreements made between users.

​

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DreamWhin is not responsible for another user's:

  • Actions

  • Statements

  • Promises

  • Representations

  • Services

  • Advice

  • Conduct

  • Failure to perform

​

DreamWhin does not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not permit such an exclusion or limitation.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Your use of DreamWhin may also be subject to other DreamWhin policies, including:

  • Funding & Payout Policy

  • Community Guidelines

  • Privacy Policy

  • Security & Trust Center

  • Donation Disclaimer

  • Accessibility Statement

These policies should be read together with these Terms where applicable.

​

If a specific DreamWhin policy governs a particular feature, that policy may provide additional rules relating to that feature.

If you have questions about these Terms of Use, DreamWhin policies, or your use of the platform, contact DreamWhin through the Contact page on the DreamWhin website.

By creating an account or otherwise using DreamWhin, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have read and agree to these Terms

  • You agree to comply with applicable DreamWhin policies

  • You are responsible for your use of the platform and the information you submit

​

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not create an account or use DreamWhin.
