• Use of established third-party providers, including Wix and Stripe

• Measures designed to help detect suspicious or unauthorized activity

No website or online service can guarantee absolute security, but DreamWhin will continue working to identify, reduce, and respond to security risks.

Payment Security

DreamWhin uses third-party payment providers, including Stripe, for certain payment and payout services.

​

Sensitive payment, banking, identity, and verification information may be collected and processed directly by the applicable payment provider rather than stored directly by DreamWhin.

​

Payment providers may use their own security, fraud-prevention, verification, and identity-checking systems.

​

If Stripe requests identity, banking, or payout information, enter that information only through Stripe's secure setup or payment pages.

Dream & Funding Review

All dreams submitted to DreamWhin are reviewed before they are approved for public display.

Dreams that request funding must also be approved before they can receive financial support through DreamWhin.

​

Reviews may help identify:

• Potentially fraudulent or misleading information

• Prohibited content

• Suspicious funding activity

• Policy violations

• Other concerns that could affect the safety or integrity of the DreamWhin community

Approval of a dream does not mean DreamWhin guarantees that every statement made by a dream creator is accurate, independently verifies every fact, or guarantees that a particular outcome will occur.

Messaging & Member Safety

DreamWhin allows members to communicate through platform messaging and contact features.

​

Members should use reasonable caution when communicating with others.

​

Never share the following with another member:

• Passwords

• Banking credentials

• Social Security numbers

• Security or verification codes

• Full payment-card information

• Other information that could compromise your account, identity, or financial security

If a message appears suspicious, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate, stop engaging and report the concern to DreamWhin.

​

How You Can Protect Your Account

You can help protect your DreamWhin account by:

• Using a strong and unique password

• Keeping your login credentials private

• Avoiding password sharing

• Logging out of shared or public devices

• Being cautious with suspicious links or messages

• Keeping your account information current

• Reporting suspicious activity as soon as possible

DreamWhin will never ask for your password, including when providing customer support.

Suspicious Activity & Fraud

DreamWhin may review accounts, dreams, messages, transactions, or payout activity when there is reason to believe fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or a policy violation may have occurred.

When reasonably necessary, DreamWhin may:

• Restrict access to certain features

• Pause funding or payouts

• Request additional information

• Remove or restrict content

• Suspend or terminate an account

• Review transaction activity

• Take other reasonable steps to protect users, payments, or the platform

DreamWhin may also cooperate with payment providers or legal authorities when appropriate or required by law.

Third-Party Services

DreamWhin relies on third-party technology and service providers for certain platform functions.

Report a Security Concern

Please contact DreamWhin as soon as possible if you believe:

• You received a suspicious or fraudulent message

• A dream or member raises a safety or trust concern

When reporting a security concern, provide enough information for DreamWhin to understand and investigate the issue, but do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, complete banking information, or other highly sensitive credentials by email.
